1 General Terms & Applicability

Terms & Conditions Kri Kriya Applies to the platform (krikriya.ws) and all its services, products, and activities. These terms form a legal agreement between you (the member) and Kri Kriya.

Kri Kriya A licensed online betting and gaming platform. We operate at all times on the principles of transparency and fairness. The following terms apply equally to all members without exception.

• Kri Kriya reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
• Members will be notified of any changes via email or through the platform.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

• The welcome bonus is available to new members one time only.
• A wagering requirement of typically 20–30x the bonus amount must be completed.
• Winnings from free bets cannot be withdrawn directly — the required bets must be placed first.
• Bonus validity periods typically range from 7 to 30 days.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly stated.
• Kri Kriya reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.

5 Betting Rules

The following rules apply when placing bets on Kri Kriya. They cover all betting types — Sports Betting, Live Casino, and virtual games.

General Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If abnormal odds appear due to a system error, the affected bets will be considered void.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, the stake will be refunded.
• Kri Kriya's decision is final in determining all outcomes.

Live Betting

• Odds in live betting can change at any moment.
• If a bet is not confirmed due to a lost internet connection, it will be void.
• There may be a delay when placing bets mid-event.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities Kri Kriyais strictly prohibited on this platform. Violating this rule may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

• Betting using bots or automated software.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Match fixing or collusion between two or more members.
• Depositing through money laundering or illegal funds.
• Attempting to access another person's account or steal account credentials.
• Hedging or arbitrage betting intended to circumvent bonus terms.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

In the following situations Kri Kriya Accounts may be temporarily suspended or permanently closed.

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Failure to pass KYC verification or provision of false information.
• If a security threat or suspicious activity is detected.
• As directed by a court or regulatory authority.
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).

Any valid balance will be refunded before account closure where possible; however, balances may be forfeited in cases of rule violations.

9 Responsible Gaming

• Members can set their own deposit and betting limits.
• The self-exclusion feature can be activated at any time.

10 Policy on Changes to Terms
